Loving my skin!
I have found the TNS Advanced Serum to be even more of a boost to my skin than the previous TNS version of this serum. I am 75 years old and this serum has improved my discoloration, firmness and fine lines. Definitely a great multi-function addition to my skincare regimen.

Best Serum on the Market
I am so impressed with this serum. I am 66 years old and have been told how my skin is glowing! I use it morning and night, along with my Obagi 20% Vitamin C and SkinMedica moisturizer in the morning and night cream in the evening. I had some melasma on my lower cheek area and they are almost gone. I am constantly being told by my husband how smooth and good my skin looks. During this pandemic, I have not worn makeup, other than blush, eye concealer and lipstick and of course my sunscreen Elta MD SPF44 with Hyaluronic Acid. I will definitely purchase this again.

I really liked the way it moisturizes your skin. I have used two bottles...anyways I am somewhat surprised at the almost immediate effect on my pores! They are not nearly as noticeable. Same with fine lines!

I have used SkinMedica TNS for a few years and love it. I recently purchased the new Advanced+ Serum, and find that it is now my preference. After a month, I noticed more of a glow on my face. It dispenses easier than the original and is scent free. One pump is enough for my face and neck. I definitely recommend this product.

I’m a longtime user of skinmedica TNS Essential serum so when Advanced+ rolled out I couldn’t wait to try it. I’m on my second container so may be too early to notice any difference between TNS Essential and Advanced+. I plan to continue using it. the smell of the new serum is less pungent. it seems to rub off my skin once applied and dried down like a layer is sitting on top of the skin rather than fully absorbed and I don’t remember that being a problem with TNS Essential. Maybe I’m doing it wrong or I’m getting a build up of advanced+ and HA5 because I use both.

In one word....phenomenal!
I've been using TNS Recovery Complex for a while and when this came out, I thought I'd try it. Pricey, so have only been using at night instead of the recommended twice a day. Even so, after just a few short weeks, my skin looks and feels smoother, is plumping up, and has become more radiant. Once I am through using my other serums will probably be buying only this one.

Very effective for reducing fine lines and improving overall “glow.” The new version eliminated the unpleasant fragrance and is less irritating than the previous version. It is very expensive though and has a tendency to pill.

I think the TNS recovery complex and the serums are the best. I started using TNS Recovery Complex years ago, then upgraded when TNS came out with the first serum. And then when they dialed things up a notch again, I bought this. Yes, it's expensive, but money well spent!

Another Home Run
After using TNS Essential Serum original formula for a few years, I was beginning to think about searching for another brand. Enter TNS Advanced! Pleasant to use, lightweight, and seemingly effective. I do think my skin is looking smoother and firmer, and a small wrinkle below the corner of my mouth seems to be less deep. It's been only a couple of months or so since I made the switch to Advanced. I'm eager to see results at six months. Now, if they could only improve the delivery system so both sides dispense product evenly and consistently for the entire life of the bottle down to the last bit of serum!

The results that I got in two months are not an improvement, it is like my problem area has disappeared. Since this product is expensive, I have followed my doctor's recommendation that I use a pump to half a pump at night when the skin is in its healing state and skip the morning application

My results were oh my my.. my skin was getting some hyper pigmentations! Bam bam, pore size, roughness are so smooth! I don’t need any makeup. This is liquid gold and with that comes a price! Improved pump?
I’ve used the original tns serum before with good results. I find both versions help to refine skin texture. This one seems a bit less greasy to me? Also the pump works MUCH better than the original serum pump. I’ve realized the best way for me to use is do 1/2 a pump morning and night on damp skin. There is some control to the pump if you’re careful. This way less is waisted and hopefully it will last me longer? One full pump of the red serum morning and night lasted me only about 1 1/2 months. And during the day it was making me way too greasy. I use tretinoin and hydroquinone and find this serum reduces the days when my skin would be a peeling, red (embarrassing) disaster. I have oily, acne prone 41 yr old skin that finds a way to be oily and dry and peeling all at once. Most anti aging creams and serums break me out by the second week of use and I stop them. I’m so happy this doesn’t!! So I think it’s worth it. I enjoy the simplicity of just investing in one serum that does it all and works with my rx skin care. And hoping it will be effective enough to reduce the amount/frequency of Botox, etc. That would help justify the price.

Really wanted to love this...
I was so excited to try this out, and it’s fine at night, but I cannot put makeup on with this on my face because it pills. The original serum doesn’t do that. I chatted with customer service about returning, and she said I may be applying to much if it’s doing this, so I decided to give it another shot but using less. Unfortunately, that didn’t make a difference. If you’re not going to put makeup on, it’s fine, which is why I rated a three. I haven’t seen a difference over the original serum, but I have only been using this for two weeks, so maybe it’s just that more time is needed to see improvement. I love all of my other SkinMedica products and would highly recommend them, with the exception of this product for those who intend to put makeup over it.
