Loving this product!
I hesitated to buy this product because of the price. My dermatologist kept recommending it every time I went in to see her. LovelySkin had a nice special, and I finally ordered it. After a week of use, day and night, it seems like there’s a difference already, which sounds crazy, but even a friend asked yesterday what I changed with my makeup because my skin looks so good. I ordered another bottle, and I’m barley into the one I just received! I’ve had no problem with the air pump system like some reviewers. I invert the bottle and tap in my hand before dispensing like the video shows. Smooth dispensing and equal quantity from each chamber each time. There is a bit of an odd smell, but if the results continue, the slight smell is nothing. Plus, once I the serum is absorbed, and I have a moisturizer and sunscreen on top the smell is gone. I am definitely keeping this product in my routine. I’m 52 and get told I look like I’m 30’s or 40’s. Some of it’s genetic I’m sure, but definitely a lot is attributable to a good skin care regime! I highly recommend TNS Essential Serum. This is my second time ordering this product. It was recommended by my dermatologist and her nursing staff. I have had good results using this product, including smoother skin, less visible sun damage, and it has helped lessen fine lines. Great product
I've used Neocutis PSP serum for years and decided to try this one. What I like about this product is it absorbs quickly and seems to instantly make your skin softer with a more consistent texture. I've put it on and had to (sadly) wash it off soon after due to a makeup goof and it didn't at all have that feeling of a product that just sits on top of your skin instead of absorbing. I can't speak to the long term benefits or if its worth the money but if you can afford it, it's worth giving this one a try. As a side note, the product is dispensed out of two pumps as a combo of two different products. I didn't realize this at first and my pump was a bit fussy and only pumped out one half. But I got it working properly after taking the pump top off and reseating it on the cap. I wasted one pump of product (well, my neck got a treat) when I did this but lesson learned. And now, my inner child loves pumping out the red and cream colored product each morning as part of my skin care routine. Apparently I am a sucker for creative product packaging, but whatever works, right?

I’ve ordered this about 3 times now and feel it makes a difference in the quality of my skin. I get many compliments on my skin and feel this is one of the things that contributes to that. I started using TNS Essential Therapy- one of the two protocols in THIS serum. My aesthetician explained the Essential Serum is best for daily use, the Therapy formula is for after a procedure. Can't live without this product
I am addicted to the SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum! It was recommended to me by my dermatologist and I have seen amazing results! I would not use anything else and this is really the only product I need, with the exception of eye cream and SPF. No need for a separate serum or moisturizer as my skin tends to be on the oily side. I use a 60 SPF after this. This product helps to keep my skin clear, balances out my skin, and helps with any discoloration that I may have. It also does a great job on those lines and wrinkles that I do have. It is pricey but so worth it! I do wait for a sale to purchase this product which LovelySkin has often. LovelySkin always ships my product right away and I receive it in a timely manner. I especially like that LovelySkin has now partnered up with Brilliant Distinctions so I can earn points on my purchase of SkinMedica products.
