Good eye cream
Have been using a sample of this for about a week and I’m overall pleased with it. Absorbs into skin easily, doesn’t have a noticeable scent or cause irritation. I also feel it does a good job keeping my eye area hydrated all day as well.

Did not work for me
I had high hopes since I really enjoy some of the other products from this particular line, but my eye area did not react well for some reason. It got a bit sensitive, and I had to stop using the cream. I need something more nourishing and mild I suppose.

Dry Eyes
I have been using the TNS Eye Repair for the past two weeks. I switched to this product because I thought it would help my dark circles and improve the overall look around my eye area. I have noticed a small difference, but the cream is very drying. I am unable to use this product under my concealer unless I use some other eye product on top of the TNS Eye Repair. For the price of this eye cream, I should not have to use an additional product on top of it.

I ordered SkinMedica TNS Eye Repair after reading the book Beyond Beautiful by Dr. Doris Day, famed dermatologist. It was one of the few eye creams she recommended and it really lived up to the recommendation. It lightened the dark circle under my eyes and help fight lines and keep the skin supple at the same time. I know you will love it too!

Not just for your eyes...
I love this eye cream, and it repairs anything, or shall I say any skin issue I have. If I cut my finger, I dab some on the wound before bed, and come morning, it's almost completely healed. I swear it's miraculous stuff! My eyes and lips like it too.

I tried this because I love SkinMedica products. Very moisturizing and does not bother sensitive eyes. A little goes a long way so it has lasted a long time, and I use it twice daily. The only thing I don't like is that it is not for eyelids.

Great Eye Cream but Not So Great Packaging
I have had this eye cream for a while now and really liked it but wasn't using it due to the packaging. I know many don't like jars due to the concern that they are more likely to allow the product to be contaminated. I am not anti-jar but I feel the packaging should be something that works best with the viscosity of a product. I love pumps but they don't work well for products that are too thick. This is a great eye cream and I would repurchase the product but my hesitation is the packaging. This eye cream is a very soft cream and it is difficult to get a small amount of product out of the jar. I always ended up with way too much and who wants to waste a product that is this expensive. Rather than have it sit around unused for that reason, I put the product into a small glass bottle with a pump! It dispenses just the right amount of this awesome eye cream to hydrate under my eyes! I love the eye cream but don't want to have to transfer a product on a consistent basis. This isn't solely a SM issue but it is frustrating when a packaging decision impacts the customer experience. I'm sure they feel this little jar has a more elegant look but I am more concerned with functionality of the packaging. This is a 5 star product but it loses a star for their packaging decision.

Really horrible, terrible packaging
It’s clear that the person who designed the jar does not use the product. If they did, they would be as frustrated as many customers are with this jar, and put the under eye cream in a pump. This jar is difficult to open if your hands are not absolutely dry. It is nearly impossible to scoop out the correct amount of eye cream. If you dip out too much of this expensive cream, you’ve wasted it. It’s unsanitary. Every time you dip into the cream, you risk introducing germs into the product. Yuck! I’ve given the product one star to try to get the attention of the marketing team and to encourage them to re-package the product. Other customers have mentioned the dysfunctional packaging, but no changes have been made. The cream is wonderful—my favorite—but please, put the cream in a pump!
