This is the best serum that I keep coming back to after trying less expensive versions. I've tried other brands in the past because this one is so crazy expensive but eventually notice my skin just does not look or feel as good as when I use this one. It is also very hydrating over time. I have dry and very sensitive skin. I use this serum and let it absorb before I apply my retinol at night, and it helps maintain moisture unlike any other serum I have tried. I previously used SkinMedica TNS serum but the pump bottle would always break before I finished the product which was a huge waste of money. I finally had enough of the TNS bottle pumps breaking and I tried this SkinCeuticals one instead. It's just as good if not better and the bottle never breaks!

I normally use the serum, but my dermatologist recommends this cream; so when I asked him why this instead of the serum, his response was simple. Cuz I need the moisture for my dry skin. So there you have it. Invariably I use this product in the colder months and the serum, in spite of doctor’s orders, in the warmer months. I live in the South, so humidity is pretty constant. The growth factors in this product as well as the serum has been a constant on my face since my early 30s … and I must say, it has done wonders for my skin. I am religious about it, twice a day. Whichever one you use, NeoCutis is the best!

This is a neck cream that really works. It costs a little more but it's worth it. The product is supposed to be applied morning and night, but I only apply in the morning so it goes a little farther. You will see results rather quickly. (I saw a change in just a few days). I find that if I purchase this product on sale it is comparable to other neck creams that aren't as effective. Totally worth the money. I highly recommend.
