NEOSTRATA Is an excellent product for moisturizing the neck and decollate, been using for a month and although I see a slight bit of firmness the horizontal lines and crepey skin has disappeared! I’m 66 yrs old and have used many high end products. This one is a favorite.

I received a sample of this and immediately had more. While I hadn't loved some of the earlier Neostrata eye products, this one works super well for dark circles, puffiness, and general tired looking eyes. I haven't noticed a huge difference in fine lines, but I've only been using it for a few weeks. However, it's hard to find an eye cream that does everything and this is near close.

I've been using this lotion for a couple years now. It really improves the texture of my senior skin and I don't have to use a lot to notice a difference. I apply it to my legs and arms after every shower. I wait a little bit for my skin to absorb it and I have soft smooth skin for the rest of the day. When I wear skorts and short sleeve tees, I always apply a little sunscreen before playing in the sun.

First of all, I must say that I have really loved NEOSTRATA products until this one. NEOSTRATA Restore Ultra Moisturizing Face Cream gave me an unwanted rash. I couldn’t believe it was from this product, so I kept trying it three different times with the same result of a bad rash, red, and wrinkly in appearance. I had to use Cortizone cream to soothe it down. So with third time using this product and the rash appearing, I gave up. I am returning it.
