This tinted sunscreen is lovely. Adds a touch of color, goes on smoothly to wear daily as a replacement for my regular tinted moisturizer. If I specifically want to use it for when I’m working outside it seems to sweat off very easily so I have to use a different sunscreen if I spend a longer time outdoors.

EltaMD UV Clear is the best sunscreen! It feels like an invisible lotion and not at all like a sunscreen. The formula is ideal for acne-prone and oily skin. I like that it combines both a physical sunscreen and a chemical sunscreen.

The best I’ve tried
Elta MD was recommended by my dermatologist several years back. I’ve always used some type of Elta sunscreen, but this one is by far my favorite. It goes on clear and doesn’t leave a sheen. It also doesn’t irritate my eyes like non Elta sunscreens.

I recently bought the UV Clear sunscreen after trying a sample that LovelySkin sent to me. I have very sensitive skin and break out easily. I am also allergic to fragrance as it gives me migraines. This sunscreen is wonderful!! The sample was the clear formula and I decided to buy the tinted formula. It is very shear and blends in seamlessly. It doesn't feel like sunscreen at all which is great. And the best part, it works! I was at the beach and had this on and did not burn my face which usually happens with any other sunscreen I apply. And there is no smell at all. I highly recommend this sunscreen!

Caused Horrible Breakouts
This brand has been marketing itself everywhere and it seems that every derm and beauty salon pushes it. It caused me to break out within hours. When I used Yuka app to scan for ingredients, it showed some harmful ingredients in it and gave it a poor overall score. I wish I knew this sooner. Too bad that the derm industry pushes this unhealthy product. There are so many natural and far better alternatives. I suggest people research this product before purchasing. Your skin is the largest organ of your body and absorbs everything instantly. You should not be putting all kinds of unhealthy chemicals on your face/skin.

I find elta MD Clear Broad Spectrum SPF 46 to be an excellent sun screen! I have been using it over a year quite faithfully. I am outside all Summer long for long hours working in my yard & gardens and this does a great job of protecting me from sunburns and sun damage. I also use it for days I am inside at work at the office as it also helps protect skin from damage from computer screen exposure.

I’ve tried a lot of sunscreens. Many are wonderful and I do enjoy switching it up. But this is by far the one I turn to the most. It feels like a lightweight moisturizer and has such a beautiful finish. I would guess I apply it 3 times a day, on average. It’s a desert island product for me, undoubtedly.

Great Broad Spectrum Sunscreen
Elta MD UV Clear has everything I'm looking for in a sunscreen. No pilling under makeup. Absorbs quickly. I like that it's a broad spectrum sunscreen. Advertised as fragrance free but to me it smells exactly like Jergens lotion which I like because it's reminds me of my childhood. I also cruelty free which is what I always look for in a company.
