I can tell That CE Ferulic Antioxidant serum is doing its job because I have noticed my skin getting brighter and lighter around my trouble spots where I have pigmentation from the sun. The packaging is great and it is easily applied with the dropper inside the bottle. I put the drops directly onto my skin, so as not to lose any product in the palm of my hand, just being sure I don’t touch the dropper to my skin. It works out perfectly and the product lasts a long time. Well worth the money spent!

Excellent serum
I buy this for my husband (I use the Silymarin one). He was previously using the Lovely Skin version of this because it is so much more reasonably priced. But there was a special going on to receive a very nice size of serum with a $xxx purchase of Skinceuticals so I bought this with some other items I use in order to get my special gift. He likes it very much, but it is very pricey. Will probably go back to the Lovely Skin version just because of the cost, unless there is another great giveaway!

Researched backed quality product
After purchasing this product simply due to word of mouth, and enjoying it greatly, I read an article (one published in a peer reviewed science journal) about the stability and absorbancy of l-ascorbic acid aka Vitamin C. It's a wonder vitamin for our skin, but it is an incredibly unstable molecule - just meaning it inactivates easily. But this is the same reason that makes it a superior antioxidant. The article went on to summarize that Vitamin E and Ferulic Acid stabilize Vitamin C to stay in the form in which we need it. It's like this serum was developed according to this specific study, down to the percentages. I'm not sure if there is actually a lot of research that has found these same results, or perhaps it was the scientists AT SkinCeuticals that published the article and then developed the formula at scale. Regardless I thoroughly enjoyed reading the scientific reasons as to why CE Ferulic works so well.

Not a good product for acne prone skin
I believe this is a good product for those who do not battle acne. I have been battling breakouts ever since I started using this product. I ran out of the product and was going to purchase another bottle, and I've noticed the little breakouts I dealt with around my nose and lips are disappearing. Unfortunately, I'm happier not using this product.
