Best serum ever
This has been my go to vitamin C antioxidant serum for many years. I have tried others but have always come back to this one. I am 50 with fairly dry skin prone to sun spots and hyperpigmentation so this great in helping maintain protection from the elements.

Strange smell and texture
Compared to other vitamin C serums I've tried, this one had a very unpleasant smell and feel on the skin. It felt almost tacky and sticky instead of absorbing into my skin like water. I like for my skincare ritual to be enjoyable, and this wasn't.

I started using CE Ferulic acid 15 years ago. To be honest, I spent years trying other brands, but would always come back to SkinCeuticals. I ‘m 55 and have lots of pigmentation from sun damage, the CE Ferulic gives me visible changes and is not harsh on my skin. Highly recommend!

In terms of brightening (& fixing sun damage) this is hands down the best Vitamin C. It absorbs so well & plays nicely with all of my other products. I also have a rather sensitive neck but haven't had to avoid using this active product on my neck - it is strong, but non-irritating.
