Unbelievable
I finally broke down and got this product. I avoided it because of the price But then decided let me give it a shot. I kid you not. I noticed a difference as soon as I applied it lol I’m not kidding. After a week I already see amazing results. This will now be pretty much. The only thing I use on my face because it’s the only product I’ve really honestly seen a difference. It’s totally worth the price.

This is a forever product for me
I love the TNS Advanced Serum. I've been using this for a couple of years, and I used its predecessor for a few years before that, too. I really notice a difference in my skin with this serum - it appears much smoother and with fewer wrinkles/creases, and just overall more luminous - and I also find it hydrating and helpful to apply with my prescribed topical retinoid. I'm also acne prone and this does not cause breakouts. It's a forever product for me!

Great Product but...
I really do like the product but so inconsistent for the price. The first bottle was perfect. It lasted for about 5.5 weeks. The second one gave me only clear lotion for a few days and after keeping it upside down, started to dispense both. At the end, only clear one came out again--I would have thought only the white one since only clear one came out for the first few days. And it did not last as long as the first bottle, only about 4 weeks and some of that was only clear lotion. I just started the third one and it has been dispensing only the white lotion now. Yes, I have it upside down.

I’ve been using the TNS Serum for a few years and I will never stop using it. This serum has changed the game for my mid-40’s skin. I pair this with HA5 and the brightening eye cream. It’s expensive but using this product allows me to go longer between aesthetic treatments so that’s how I justify the price. I do go through product relatively quickly using it just at night. One con is the dispenser - I find that the pump gets messed up after flying. Which, btw, you can take through TSA.

I love TNS Serum...when I'm lucky enough to get a bottle that works! Seems like this is a known issue at SkinMedica and I wish they'd get it together because it's an awesome product. I'm giving one star since after 4 exchanges I still wasn't lucky enough to get a working product. That aside, the customer service at LovelySkin is next level. They worked hard to resolve the issue; I feel bad they have to deal with poor product through no fault of their own. LovelySkin customer for life :)
