SkinMedica TNS pump doesn't work
I love the product and have used it for many years. It does work but it is super expensive, so I like to make sure I can get every drop out of it. This new bottle I just purchased within the last month, I have not been able to get the clear serum out of the pump. Only the white serum comes out, so I am not able to get the full benefits of the serums combined.

Although I have only used this a short time I am liking it. My face feels tighter and looks brighter after each use. As suggested by LovelySkin customer service I am using this as a first step in my morning routine followed by 3 of my favorite SkinCeuticals products. I especially like that you only need one "pump" and the pump mixes 2 elements together. Will is take 20 years off? Of course not, but I do think it is making a positive difference on my mature skin.

Does it really work
As I've mentioned in other reviews, I use a lot of products. This is so pricey. It's highly annoying that you can't remove the lid to make certain that you've gotten every drop out and I've TRIED to get the lid off!! When I've removed this from my skin regimen, I'm not really sure if it has made a difference. The next time I order it, I need to take up close photos. Sometimes I wonder if I'd be better off to just save the money and put it towards a high level laser treatment, I just don't want to deal with the pain and downtime.

Amazing and Miraculous Product

Used to be my holy grail
LOVED this product, used and recommended it a lot of it. Originally began purchasing at a med spa. Unfortunately, I have had too many that do not work right. Shake it, hit the bottom, cover only the side that is working and pump. Even when they both do work, it often does not pump evenly, very annoying for a product that is not cheap. Too aggravating to deal with, unfortunate, as when it worked it was great and I’m a fan of most of the Skin Medica products I’ve tried.
