I use this for quite awhile because of the reputation of SkinMedica and I feel that I need a growth factor. But I’m not sure I have the results that warrants such a hefty price. Perhaps it is my age because I’m in my late 60’s. It does cause some pilling and the pump can be problematic as some have noted.

Love it, but….
The TNS Advanced+ Serum is very effective but when combined with other facial products, including those from SkinMedica, it flakes and has to be brushed off. Letting the serum dry before applying other products did not make a difference for me. I will continue to use the serum because it is so good for my skin but I dislike how it flakes when used with other products.

This is by far the best anti-aging wrinkle serum I have ever used. The instant firming action upon first application is amazing. It does not dry out my face, nor leave it too shiny/oily.
