So I used this product once before and I thought it was eh. But I purchased it again after trying skin medica tns ( the other other one) then zo, then back to this and it Happened I don’t know if it was the combination of my other products I’m using but my face transformed in like 15 days I definitely look atleAst 5 years younger! Everyone thinks my 15 year old daughter is my younger sister, everyone says I look so young ( the oldest I got was 36 ) I’ll take that I’ll be 41 in 2 weeks

This serum is my holy grail of skin products. It's my must have of all my skin products. It is expensive but it's worth it. When I run out or quit using it, I notice immediately and buy it again. You won't regret getting this but be warned, you will keep buying it because it's that good!

This is by far the best anti-aging wrinkle serum I have ever used. The instant firming action upon first application is amazing. It does not dry out my face, nor leave it too shiny/oily. I have seen overall improvement/results in less than 3 weeks. Although it is not the least expensive serum on the market, it is worth every dollar, based upon the results. Good product, hard to quantify
I am on my second container of this popular serum. My dermatologist recommended it because I have some sensitivity to retinoids. I generally like SkinMedica's products. I use the .25% retinol and even that can be irritating. So I like the TNS because I feel like I am being pro-active by using growth factors. I only use it once a day, but it has not irritated my skin. How effective is it? I can't really say to what degree it works. I do not have fine lines and wrinkles. I have skin laxity in my lower face. It has not changed that, but I do notice that my face seems fuller and more plumped and my skin texture looks good. So, as long as things are looking good and not getting worse, I figure they are working pretty well and I will continue to purchase. I am in my late 60s.

I can feel the difference
I used this product about 6 years ago and loved the results. Don’t know why I stopped using it, but I saw this advertised on this site and remembered how much I loved it so ordered it again. I have been using it twice a day and can already see the tightening result. My face feels moister and less dry. It is a bit pricey, but I don’t mind paying for something that gives good results.
