A stable in my skincare
I only deduct a star because I don’t like the dispenser. You never can tell when you need more. I also have had a dispenser malfunction. The vendor made good on a replacement. I have used this product for about 8 years. When I have taken a break from it, my skin suffers. I think this is key in fighting wrinkles and other mature skin problems. I try to have a backup in my cabinet.

The double pump feature is the absolute worst! The product only dispenses correctly about half the time. For the expense, you would think they would get this corrected. I am on my second bottle now. I thought I got a bad dispenser the first time around, but nope, this one is even worse. I do get compliments on my skin but I doubt I will be repurchasing until the pump issue is resolved.

Although it is a splurge, I would say this product is worth every penny. The complexion of my skin has definitely improved, so much more than any other products I've ever used in the past. The shine that the serum brings is unbelievable. I've also noticed diminished fine lines and overall younger looking, radiant skin. I'm not sure if this also has pore-reducing properties but I've noticed that my pores were not as noticeable which is a big big plus. I would definitely repurchase this in the future as it has done so much amazing things to my face.

TNS Advancded + Serum is pricey but effective and now that they have improved the pump system it's truly worth it! My skin looks and feels more youthfulI when I use it. I was frustrated with the previous faulty pump system and had to exchange it a few times. It was too expensive to have such problems so I stopped ordering it. I noticed my skin tone and texture changing. It seemed like it was aging before my eyes. Thankfully they improved the product and the pump system so I am back to using it regularly and am a happy camper.

I've been using this for over one year (on subscription with LovelySkin) and quite honestly, I don't think it does anything. Have not noticed any difference in my skin, either tone or texture or elasticity. I guess I keep using it hoping it's keeping my face and neck from aging, but I'm not even sure about that either.

I love this product and would give it five stars; however, with the last 3 shipments the dispenser did not function properly- uneven delivery of the creamy side. Since I am not the only customer that is experiencing this it might be worth follow up with SkinMedica. This product is too expensive to have to deal with this issue!
