Dispensing of product
I have had issues with dispensing the product with the last two bottles. One bottle was replaced but the replacement was the same and by the time you get it to working properly you have gone through several pumps of one side or the other. A bit disappointing.

Worth the cost
I'm 48 and get botox on my forehead and around my eyes every 4 or 5 mos. I was looking for something that would help maintain my results, and this product is it. I've also noticed my skin is brighter and looks more vibrant, even without makeup.

Expensive but effective
I have been using this serum for the last 3 years or so. The first time I used it I noticed an improvement in my skin just after a month or so of using it. I really think this serum makes a difference. Because it is so expensive, I use it in the am so that it can last me longer. I combine it with an exfoliating treatment and I follow it with a moisturizer. At night I use retinol and a moisturizer. My skin looks very healthy and I have not developed many wrinkles despite going through menopause. On the contrary, I really think that some have diminished.

I’ve used the TNS advanced serum ever since it came out a few years ago. It replaced the TNS essential serum which I used since 2010. It is pricey but I really believe this, along with vitamin c, tretinoin, and sunscreen which I’ve used consistently for 13 years, is why my skin still looks great at 55. I often get comments that I look like I’m in my early to mid 40s. My skin still feels pretty plump and firm and few wrinkles. I’ll keep using this for the excellent ingredients and results.

I have been using both the older TNS serum as well as the advanced serum for at least ten years. It's my favorite skin care product. I recently turned 60 and have had many compliments about my skin. Of course, I also eat healthy and drink a lot of water. But a good skin care regimen and great products, like TNS is helping me age gracefully.

Loving SkinMedica TNS Serum
I’m 58 and while I don’t have a lot of deep wrinkles (except for the eleven on my forehead), I do have fine lines. Little results
This product is too expensive. I have other products that work better. I will not be purchasing this again. Little results. My other products I have used for years far exceed the touted results you should see. Will finish the bottle I purchased because I am frugal and do hate to throw away something that I purchased for so much money. I purchased this because I received information about how wonderful this stuff is. I use a much less expensive product, and get a lot of bang for my buck and a jar lasts for 6 months along with the bottle of serum.
