I was a fun of the first generation TNS serum, that was discontinued, and this is a very different product. It doesn’t go well under makeup, has thicker texture, but overall cleaner fresher feeling, and there is no red coloring (which is a huge plus).

I cannot stop using this
This product is pricey but I cannot stop using it. It evens out my skin tone - it did not make dark spots go away, but it has kept sunspots that I had gotten lightened from getting darker and has prevented formation of new ones (which my skin had been prone to do as I got older). The texture of my skin is also even and soft when I use this product.

Big difference!
I used this product a couple years ago and loved the results but stopped because it is quite expensive. I continued to used various medical grade skin care but my skin never quite got back to looking as good as it did while I was using the TNS serum. Now I’m using it again and I won’t stop this time! I’m 53 and don’t want to look it so this is the product to use for that!

Improvement
I have been using this very expensive product for several months now. I am 47 years old and while I do not have a lot of fine lines or wrinkles, my neck was really starting to sag. I use one pump on my face, and another on my neck/chest twice a day. I do think I am seeing improvement both in terms of wrinkles on my face and certainly on my saggy neck, which I am very excited about. Obviously, like most other reviewers I wish this product cost less. Additionally, I find that it can pill under makeup, so I am careful about how much “blending” I do. That being said, it’s rare to find a product that actually delivers, so I’m sticking with it.

I was happy with the former product, but it appears to be reformlated. It is not as rich, and I don't think it is as effective. I still like it, and it does seems to work almost as well, but I wish they would not have done this!
