TMS Advanced Serum
I love the TMS Serum. Have been using for years even as the price slowly creeped up to crazy amounts. To make it last longer I use only once daily a large pea size amount in the am and then use a Retin A type product (tazarotene cream which I find more effective than Retin A). I can’t live without this product. I have always had sensitive skin but this product helps with wrinkles, dry skin, age spots and I have never had redness or dryness due to it. It does cost an arm and a leg but worth every penny!! Truly!!!

Haven’t noticed any difference yet
I’m purchasing a second bottle to see if I notice a difference. I use Skinceuticals Vit C, along with a few other SkinMedica products, maybe that’s why I don’t notice a difference. Will update review if I notice a difference. Only lasts two months unfortunately.

I love this advanced tns serum but wish it weren’t so expensive. I’m able to get about 5 weeks of use from one bottle using morning & night. I’ve been using for 3 mths now and can definitely see improvement in my skin texture. Overall my skin looks younger than it is. I have very dry, sensitive skin and this product has not caused any breakout issues. I have been using it for 8 months. Not sure I can really see a difference in my skin specifically due to this serum - perhaps if I stopped using it, I would see that it is worth the price... Hopeful that with more usage I will see improvement, but it may be simply a maintenance serum for me.

this is an expensive product line but my experience with this and several other of their products is very favorable. I have been using it for 2 years and it has improved my skin. Funny story, I was in the hospital for a small procedure but had a rotating number of nurses. Everyone of them asked what I used on my skin. I think that is quite an endorsement when you are laying in a hospital bed for 2 nights and they ask about your skin care! They did ask about my health too!!
