I have been using the SkinMedica TNS Advanced+Serum for a year now and I cannot say enough about it. It helps with my aging mature skin in so many ways. It helps with tone and texture as well as smoothing and addressing fine lines and wrinkles. It goes on smoothly and feels great on after application. Non greasy. I have seen much improvement and my skin now glows . That is why I continue to use it . It is a bit pricey, but it does address most every facial skin concerns you may have. This is my second time ordering this product. I will continue to use for the next 12 weeks to see what results I achieve. I use all SkinMedica products and I truly am a huge fan! I look forward to seeing what results I get. One thing I do notice is I use it right after I wash my face, I wait a few minutes, and then follow up with the dermal repair cream. I notice I get it flaky beads from my skin… I am not sure if this is normal, if it means my skin is dry and it is helping exfoliate the dry skin??? Here is to believing for great results.

I have been using it twice a day for two weeks and so far see little difference. I am surprised at the rave reviews. I have been told I have excellent skin for my age (72) and have just started to get wrinkles. I see no change so far.

I keep reading and hearing great reviews on this product. Many beauty editors swear by it calling it their holy grail product. It is quite expensive and you use 1 pump twice a day. Fortunately it does not have an offensive odor like some growth factor serums can have, it doesn't irritate my skin and it does not feel sticky or tacky. I've only been using it for 1 week so it's too soon to know if it works yet. I find it difficult to get equal amounts of both serums at one time so I don't run out of one chamber of serum before the other.
