I have been using TNS for 15 years and switched to the combination product about 5 years ago. This is hands down the best product on the market to support mature skin. I have excellent skin which in thoroughly attribute to this product.

Still the best
It's the gold standard for a reason. It's totally worth the cost, look for coupons and subscribe and save! I've used this and the prior version for years and tried Defanage (great initial results but they tapered away) and allastin (not the same results). Best for texture and wrinkles, does not do much for laxity.

Good, but expensive.
Originally with my first bottle I felt like my skin was tighter after application and it soaked in and didn't break me out. It also didn't irritate my skin. Now I'm on my second or third bottle and not sure I see any difference. That's why I dropped it from 5 to 4 stars. It's really expensive so I'm not sure I will keep using it. After this bottle I may pause use and see if I notice any changes.

A must have!
I previously used this religiously and always "liked" the product. Felt like my skin improved, but wasn't exactly sure (thought maybe placebo effect). Well, I stopped using this for a couple months and I noticed a huge change in my skin. The texture and overall tone just weren't the same. I splurged and purchased this again and already notice an improvement. Although it's a lot of money, I really feel its keeping my skin looking and feeling younger than I am (36).

I truly like this serum, but it is ridiculously expensive. However, it works. I have a fine line in between my brows and the serum eliminates the line and keeps my skin looking balanced and evenly toned. It only lasts four months if you use it day and night. I’ve been using it for over a year, but it’s not an end all for your problems if you stop using it. I stopped using it because I ran out and did not want to spend another $250, and guess what. The wrinkle between my brow is back and present. So I don’t know. I’m torn. Since its like a “works now” fix but it’s not going to age you backwards.

Since I started using skinmedica, I’ve noticed that I can go longer between Botox sessions, which is amazing! I use at night because it tended to pill with my sunscreen. It’s very expensive, but a pea sized drop goes a long way. There is no burn or associated redness.

I've used this product on and off for a couple years. I can't say I noticed any difference in my skin that warrants the price. I have acne scars and some texture to my skin and this made no difference, even when used together with professional microneedling. I will try a different growth factor serum now to see if it works better for me.
