I have re-purchased this over and over again. I've tried other brands that are very similar in what they do and price. I just keep going back this because it's the best. My only issue as tons of ppl have stated is the dispensing method, it needs improvement. Product is def wasted due to it.

Getting addicted to this serum!
I have been using this serum for about four weeks or so. It is still a little early to give a full review, but I will say for right now that I am really liking this serum. The texture feels good and I swear my skin has shown some improvement in clarity and texture after using it for just a few weeks. A lady stopped me the other day when I was shopping and told me I look like Jennifer Aniston so maybe there’s something to this stuff.! My sister-in-law also told me my skin looked radiant so these are big confidence builders, especially for a 61 year old!! I plan to continue ordering, but I better try to budget for this. It is pricey, but it seems to be effective.

Faulty packaging increases price of expensive but effective product
I have been using this serum for years and consistently get compliments on my skin - I am 71. However, what is really incredibly disappointing is that like others who have reviewed this product, most of the time only one of the dual serums dispenses at first. And I do store the bottle upside down, shake it, even stick a pin in the holes.... All to try to get both types of serum - clear and milky - working at the same time. It is frustrating, but eventually both dispense. Usually after weeks of use. Further, when both serums are no longer coming out of the bottle, I have found that there is still about a weeks worth left! The only way to access this valuable remainder of the serum though is by being creative about getting the top off of the sealed packaging. I do not recommend this to anyone for safety concerns, but personally I want to get my money's worth. It is amazing that a company with great technology to develop a rather unique, effective product cannot design efficient packaging that has their customers in mind. I use other TNS products an all of them dispense just fine, which makes me question whether the company is taking advantage of customers with this particular, very expensive product.

A Classic and truly a Must have
There are just some products that are truly must have this product is one of them. Yes it’s pricey, but this product delivers- at least for me. Everybody’s skin is different and everybody’s skin care journey will be different. However, I remember being introduced to TNS+ serum about 17 years ago and not understanding at that point in my youth why it was so quintessential to use. I did use it for about a year and then due to price I tapered off. Circling. back to today, in the short time I’ve been using this product, I see such a difference in my fine lines on my forehead, and a difference in my fine lines around my neck. My skin looks smooth and healthy. And I love pumping it out on the back of my hands so my hands can get the benefit of this POWERHOUSE of a serum as well.
