Worth every penny!
I had a Visia Skin Analysis done a couple of years ago and the esthetician recommended this product. I took the plunge and purchased it and haven't looked back. I know they say that just because a product is expensive doesn't necessarily mean it's better than cheaper brands but this is one product I keep in rotation because my skin looks younger and healthier.

This is the one SkinMedica that I have used for years. Pricey, however results are amazing. Tip: Some people have an issue with pump and yes that happened once with me. Since then, prior to using, fold a hand towel and tap the top fairly hard, several times and store it upside down, so no air bubbles. Or tap the top part into the palm of your hand, prior to using. Tried another medical grade brand, growth factor, but the TNS is like a miracle plus does not have a scent. Treat yourself, you deserve it.

I’ve been using this serum for a couple years now and it definitely increases the suppleness of my skin. I’m 48 but often get mistaken for my 30’s. I owe that to yearly fractional laser treatments and this serum. Highly recommend despite the price.

I have used this serum for many years and love it. I have it on auto ship so I never run out. This truly tightens my skin and gives the skin a very dewy moisturized feel. I apply this first before my other skin products. I can see a difference if I forget to use it. Try it, you will love how it keeps the wrinkles at bay, well worth its price I receive compliments on my skin and I credit this to helping my skin look good, no one believes I am 71 yrs old

TNS Advanced + Serum
This serum works well, but I personally am unsure that it's worth the price. I have purchased a second bottle, but am unsure that I'll be purchasing a third. I'm not in love with the dispenser as many others have mentioned. However, I store it upside down as someone else mentioned and it does appear to dispense "correctly", but I don't particularly like the "correct way" it dispenses. Too, even though I apply to a "moist" face and neck, I would like to have a little more product; it's almost like a pump and a half is required, but more pumps means more $$. I don't mind paying a premium price for a product that provides visible results, but I'm not sure that's the case with this serum. I have my eye on some fine wrinkles above my top lip, and even after using a bottle, they are still there. I feel like the serum should target them. The product is good, but I wouldn't consider it great.

This is a great product. Applies smoothly, absorbs well, and gives results. Leaves skin soft, more even tone, and overall healthier glow. Remember to tap the bottle upside down to prime it before use and then store the bottle upside down to prevent a lot of the pump issues with uneven distribution.

Not worth the price
I like this but the price is ridiculous. I don't think this will give you better results than a consistent regimen of a good moisturizer + retinol + Vit C, etc, and taking in collagen daily. I've used this off and on over the years, results don't match the price of this to be honest.
