My fountain of youth!
I started using this after my mom suggested it a few years ago. She was right! I use it at night as it's pricey and I was my face before and after working out. I love the feeling when I apply it on my face neck and décolleté. I'm glad I've made this investment because my skin looks firm, radiant and I have no visible wrinkles for being 43yrs old. I called LovelySkin to ask about application, as always, helpful and informative as ever. Apply before other products. It appears to help my skin heal/recover faster if I have had a breakout. Ie the pimple is gone but the redness and blemish remain. So this seems to help with the fading in a quicker time period. I will continue to use it. I only use at night though because I notice it is hard to use during the day and then apply a tinted moisturizer that is my foundation. The application of the foundation does not go on smooth despite a primer with this serum on underneath.

Poor packaging and saw no benefits
I'm writing this after finishing an entire bottle of this. Like many others, I hate the packaging on this. At first, no matter what you do, you only get one of the serums in this double serum product. Then, you'll eventually get the other one to come out with the first serum. Then, you guessed it, when you are near the end, you only get the 2nd serum. Packaging aside, I really didn't see any results from using this product so I kind of felt like it was a waste (of a lot) of money.

Amazing Product, Disappointing Packaging
I love this serum so much, but unfortunately, I’ve had issues with my last 3 orders not dispensing right—one chamber would dispense and the other wouldn’t. The first time I received one that didn’t dispense right, it wasn’t working from the onset. I contacted Lovely Skin and they sent me instructions to fix it. When that didn't work, they had me send it back and sent me a replacement (kudos on that—they have amazing customer service). I didn’t have any issues with that one after that. Then I got another order and it did the same thing. I followed the instructions and it was smooth sailing from there. Then came my next order. Everything worked great at first, but when I had used about a third of it, the pump started acting up again (only one chamber dispensed). I followed the instructions but it still doesn’t work. I wasted so much product in my trial and error, which is unfortunate because it’s very expensive, and while I am blessed in lots of ways I am by no means wealthy lol—I just have my priorities when it comes to skin care products! Anyway, I dismantled the bottle and am trying to get out what I can just so it’s not a complete waste. I will say that I did not contact Lovely Skin about a replacement because I’ve already used some so figure it just is what it is. I understand the concept of the dual chamber and think the methodology behind it maintaining the product’s efficacy makes sense, but I wish SkinMedica would develop something that doesn’t have these issues. It’s weird too because I’ve been using this for a couple years and I’ve only had trouble with my last 3 orders. I may switch to something else and see if I like it as much. Worth a shot because I can’t keep wasting money on trying to get this product to dispense.

I used the product several years ago and drifted from it. But, I'm back!! Now, I remember why I was so dedicated to it in the first place. The formula has changed but I think it is equally if not more effective. The one criticism I have is that you have no way to judge how much product is left in the container (to be ready with a re-order!). One day, you go to use it and... its empty. It could be so easy to figure this out so that consumer has an idea what is remaining. Otherwise, great product.
