I couldn’t imagine how this “Advanced + Serum” could be any better than the SkinMedica product I had been using since forever! This was my second purchase, and I am completely amazed at the results. It’s almost as though I had reached a plateau and this new product pushed my skin out of it! I love SkinMedica and this product is so worth it!

I began using SkinMedica TNS when it first came out. I loved the product, but stopped using it in order to find something else a bit less expensive. I wasn't as pleased with the results of other products and decided to try SkinMedica again when they introduced the Advanced+ Serum. I am so glad that I tried it and will purchase again when, especially when a discount offer is available.

Fabulous Results But Drying
Yields fantastic results but I find it drying. I need to use a stronger moisturizer with it but those sometimes break me out. I end up just skipping days of the serum here and there which I worry dilutes its effectiveness.

This is a wonderful product. I have tried so many creams & serums and they help a little but this SkinMedica TNS Advanced serum has made a huge difference. Within a week, with daily and evening use, my skin had tightened and it looked more radiant. Granted, I have excellent skin for a 76 year old because I have taken good care of my skin since my 20's.
