This really did seem to speed my healing after microneedling at the spa. I wasn't nearly as red or peeling, and my skin became smooth and nice very quickly. I have more even tone and less wrinkling, moreso than a normal recovery post microneedling. I've always used good products, but this one is obviously a step above. I Really Wanted To Love it
I was so excited to purchase this whole line, which was very expensive. I read reviews and also was encouraged to purchase this line by the med spa that I use for Botox, etc. I have been using the line for one month and I am so disappointed. Do not think the product absorbs. My skin does not look great. I have a lot of breakouts on my cheeks which is weird and my skin looks dull. The product also pills or rolls off when applying makeup or trying to put on sunscreen......it is horrible. I called the med spa and they said to wait between applying layers, I did that with no improvement in the pilling. I went back to my original products this week and my skin already looks better. I am so sad :(

Worth the $
I’d been hearing about this serum for awhile. Most dermatologists call it the “holy grail” of serums. The science behind it is really interesting. It was described to me as having “everything but the kitchen sink” in it and I believe it! I’ve only been applying it for a few weeks and already see a difference in my skin. It's great, but...
I would love to give this 5 stars because it does make my skin look better. 4 stars because this is the 2nd bottle and the clear side doesn't come out as much as the white side until the white side is all gone then you are just left with clear. I know now to keep the bottle and use the clear side with the new white side. So expensive so I hate to waste any.

Youth in a bottle
I’m a cheapskate so believe me when I say this is worth every cent. My crows feet are 50% diminished and my skin is radiant with 6 weeks of use. I am a lifer!! My only beef is with the design of the dispenser. One side can get clogged and dispense an unequal amount of product per pump and you cannot tell if it’s clogged before you pump a small amount of liquid gold.

Great serum with outrageous amount of packaging
This is my second bottle of SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ Serum. I started trying this line per the recommendation of my older sister. She believes SkinMedica is "the best" and has had some noticeable changes in her skin since using their products. I like the consistency of this serum. It is a combination of two products that you mix together before applying. I was having some trouble with uneven distribution of the products, but storing the bottle upside down solved the issue. It "plays well" with my other products, and I am able to layer it with SkinMedica HA Hydrator, sunscreen, and foundation in the morning without pilling. I am 32 and take good care of my skin, so I can't comment on whether it has helped with fine lines and wrinkles. My skin does feel stronger and plumper, and I have noticed some slight lightening of small areas of melasma in combination with SkinMedica Lytera 2.0. I'm sure I will continue to notice its benefits over time. However, as with other SkinMedica products, I can't get over how much packaging is used for a 1oz product. It comes in such a large box, and the bottle seems much larger than it needs to be. I know I am paying a lot for a small amount of product, and I am okay with that. I do not need 4x the necessary packaging to justify my purchase. I don't usually like to include things like this in reviews, but it's 2021 and consumers are concerned with their "footprints" more than ever.

Fantastic Serum
This is far by the best serum I've used in years. My esthetician loves this product and has always encouraged me to try. I started using the SM Neck Cream and saw that it works well with TNS Advanced Serum. Therefore, I purchased and saw results within a week when combining the two products. My recent visit with the esthetician recommended using only this product in the mornings, along with a sunscreen, to minimize my morning routine. It's summer time and I really want to simplify my am/pm routine. There are other products that I currently use, actually depends on the season. There are not enough words to describe what I feel regarding this specific product. I will however, say, cleanse, tone or not, eye cream, TNS Advanced Serum and sunscreen for my morning routine is perfect. Try the product, it does exactly what it says.

I like this product. It works better than the older version. I used this after Ultherapy recommended by my dermatologist. I can see improvement in skin texture and tone. Not sure about the lifting/firming effect because of the tightening treatment I had. But I can definitely see an improvement in skin tone and texture.

Absolutely love this serum. It’s the first serum I’ve ever used consistently, and I’m on my third bottle. I have a lot of allergies and this does not irritate my skin.
