Nothing noticeable
I've been using this product for almost a month and I haven't really noticed anything special about it. In fact, the consistency is a bit strange and it kind of crumbles off my face when I apply a moisturizer on top. This happens throughout the day, I can feel little pieces on my face (like elmer glue).

This is my first bottle of TNS Advanced. So far so good! I used TNS serum before and feel it's a maintenance must. The advanced serum has a lighter feel which I like. The scent did not bother me before but now has little to no scent. I have great expectations considering the brand.

I bought this after the plastic surgeon who does my Botox and hydra facials told me she uses it and recommends it. It is obviously expensive , however, after using one pump each morning before my other serums and moisturizer , I have noticed an improvement in the texture and clarity of my skin. I am a long time user of the original serum so did not hesitate to give the newest a try and it did not disappoint. I think it goes on and absorbs easier than the original, but that's just my opinion. I dont know that I see a huge difference from the original, but my skin appears marginally clearer than before. I am good to switch to this for awhile as I love the TNS system. Worth the cost for me at my age.

Nothing Yet But I'm Sticking To It
Let it be understood, I am a confirmed TNS user for 3 years. I think it makes my skin younger looking than my 70+ years. I've only been using the Advanced TNS for a week or so and do not see any changes or improvements. I will keep at the Advanced formula since Skinmedica TNS has never let me down.

Must-have product.
I have used Skinmedica's Essential serum for a few years now, and have seen gradual and amazing improvement to both texture, tone and pigmentation in my face, neck and hands (I blend it on the back of my hands and use the back sides to apply to my face, bc why not!). This latest advance from Skinmedica is amazing. First of all - the strong smell is no longer there!! What a relief! My kids were always complaining that my face smelled gross at night (I know, don't they sound like nice kids?). Second of all, this new stuff has a less tacky texture and blends into your skin quickly. I will have to report back as to the long term benefits, but for now it seems to work as well as the Essential Serum and does not irritate my sensitive skin.

Unfortunately I loved this. It’s so expensive but it’s so good I have considered cheaper sunscreens and face washes just to be able to allow myself to keep buying this. It’s so silky going on you don’t have to hit the bottom like the other one.Also it’s quick to see results unless I’m crazy. I’ve noticed my eye lines soften the most also my face feels tighter its crazy. If you can figure out how to buy it do it.

I’m a registered nurse who works at a dermatology office and I can tell you I’ve tried many products that I probably wouldn’t have because they are so expensive and luckily they were given for free. I know skinmedica products work because I see how they have transformed my patients skin but I couldn’t stand the smell of the original TNS serum. This new one is amazing in consistency and smell. I already see a difference in the my skin. I look refreshed and plump like I had a microneedling done a week ago. The clear part of the serum reminds me of the HA5 and the white part reminds me of the TNS eye serum. Definitely worth the splurge for this one!

Nice, new scent
I have been using the original TNS for 7-8 months, specifically after a nightly home laser treatment and have seen gradual improvement in thickness of skin. I wish I had these products prior to the age of 50 because at this point I’m now having to try and undo aging problems vs preventing. The newest TNS is silkier, and without the Mildly off-putting scent of its predecessor. As for other differences, I can’t really say if there is a dramatic difference since I’m only halfway through My first bottle. I do really like & will continue using since these products have improved texture and tone.
