Unfortunately I loved this. It’s so expensive but it’s so good I have considered cheaper sunscreens and face washes just to be able to allow myself to keep buying this. It’s so silky going on you don’t have to hit the bottom like the other one.Also it’s quick to see results unless I’m crazy. I’ve noticed my eye lines soften the most also my face feels tighter its crazy. If you can figure out how to buy it do it.

Better than the original
I’m a registered nurse who works at a dermatology office and I can tell you I’ve tried many products that I probably wouldn’t have because they are so expensive and luckily they were given for free. I know skinmedica products work because I see how they have transformed my patients skin but I couldn’t stand the smell of the original TNS serum. This new one is amazing in consistency and smell. I already see a difference in the my skin. I look refreshed and plump like I had a microneedling done a week ago. The clear part of the serum reminds me of the HA5 and the white part reminds me of the TNS eye serum. Definitely worth the splurge for this one!

Nice, new scent
I have been using the original TNS for 7-8 months, specifically after a nightly home laser treatment and have seen gradual improvement in thickness of skin. I wish I had these products prior to the age of 50 because at this point I’m now having to try and undo aging problems vs preventing. The newest TNS is silkier, and without the Mildly off-putting scent of its predecessor. As for other differences, I can’t really say if there is a dramatic difference since I’m only halfway through My first bottle. I do really like & will continue using since these products have improved texture and tone.

Better than the original
I like the new Advanced Serum better than the old one mostly because it doesn't smell so nasty. I assume that they have advanced how well it will work, but I haven't been using it long enough to know. I have very sensitive skin and the new one (like the old one) doesn't cause any skin reactions and I can use it under my eyes without a problem. It is painfully expensive, but I have used it for years and my skin isn't aging very much, so I'll assume it's part of the reason my skin still looks good (for my age).

I like the original formula better

Still hoping for results
I’ve been using this product for about 3 weeks now. They say it provides results in as little as two weeks but I have not yet noticed any difference in fine lines, pore size, skin firmness or with dark post acne spots. I am still hopeful a product from this brand and with this price tag will eventually produce noticeable results. If the results remain to subtle to visibly see I will go back to a less expensive serum.

I honestly think most anti-aging creams are hype-except this one
I’ve been using the regular first-generation TNS Serum for a few months, but I swear this newer advanced formula is even better. I love that it is now scent and color free. It is super light, so even with my oily skin, using it in the morning is still perfect. I swear my skin looks firmer and just a bit more “glowy” after only using for about two weeks. I never give reviews-but this one I think is worth the hefty price.

I recently purchased this serum. I was using the original one, but I thought I give this one a try. Really cant see the difference between the two, except for the COST! so too early to say nay or ya. but it does seep into the skin and doesn't feel greasy...which is good, since I have oily skin.

Oh my goodness!! I thought i loved the old Skinmedica TNS. But this new one i loved the very first time i used it. I felt like i could tell a difference in the texture and look of my skin right away!! I am so glad it is only like $15 more than the old version. I will only be buying this version from now on, i think they have really improved on a all ready great product.
