This product feels nice on my skin but I can't honestly say that I feel it has been worth the price or lived up to all of the hype yet. I have only been using this for one month so will give it more time before I make a final decision.

Skin Medica TNS Essential Serum
Of all products that I have ever used TNS Serum makes the most difference to my skin on my face and also on my neck. I have never written a review for any product because I have never felt that a product was exceptional, but TNS is different. There are few products that you feel justified to spend a considerable amount of money for, but again TNS is different. LovelySkin is company recommended by SkinMedica and they really have good prices and exceptional customer service.

Pricey-but may be worth it
My skin looks visibly better and I have received many compliments since I started using this product. However, I recently had fx laser surgery. This product was recommended by my dermatologist to use after I had the procedure. So I am not sure if the the improvement is a result of the product, the treatment or the combination of both. My dermatologist indicated that this serum would enhance the benefits of the procedure.

While the TNS Serum is expensive, I believe it is well worth the investment. Not only does the serum go on easily, make the skin feel silky but it brightens my face. If I could only use on product on my face, it would be SkinMedica's TNS Serum.

Worth the expense
I have taken good care of my skin for many years so it is never easy to tell if a product is actually making a difference. But I could tell the difference after using the TNS Essential Serum for a couple of weeks. Also got complements on my complexion which reinforced what I was already thinking.

I've been using this for a couple of months now, and I think my skin looks and feels better. I personally like the smell. I've read numerous reviews for several years about this serum. I am 34 and have oily skin. I wanted to add something else in with my skin care regimen for anti-aging other then my prescription Retain-A. This serum contains everything minus the retinol. It is pricey, but ordering it from LoveySkin.com you definitely save yourself some money, not to mention all the wonderful samples I got with my order! I've only been using it for a few days. I was trying to cut down on both the amount of time I spend on skincare, and the number of products I use. The TNS Essential Serum has helped me with both of those goals. It DOES have a slightly strange smell, but that completely dissipates once it's dried. It gives an instant tightening effect, and has brightened my skin. As a bonus, it has almost completely cleared up some remaining acne on my chin and has definitely refined the pores on my nose. This product dries quickly and doesn't leave a shine or sticky feel. I just top if off with SPF and I'm ready to go. So glad to have found this all-in-one gem!

Unsure of results
This product is quite expensive, but does last a long time. I chose to wait until I had finished the product to give a fair review. In full disclosure, I previously used very good products, so it was difficult to decide to spend this much on one serum, but there are tremendous reviews. However, I did not see the results of fading dark spots or lessening fine lines. I also think a review should be based on whether one will order the product again and for me at this point that will not occur. I did not use any of the other SkinMedica products in combination with the TNS Essential Serum.
