My first time to try this serum, for about 10 days now. I love the way it firms my skin before applying my dermal repair moisturizer. The odor is slightly offensive at first but dissipates quickly. It is just SkinMedica's way of providing the best skin care possible.

I have used this product on and off for several years. It definitely works to refine and soften your skin. The results are subtle but real. Products are only able to do so much and this one is one that does something. I would recommend this to anyone with poor skin elasticity and/or in the age range of 25-45. My opinion is once you are above the 45 age range, you may want to think about more invasive peels, laser treatments along with a great moisturizer along with the TNS essential Serum.

I have been using this product for one week, therefore, I cannot comment on the efficacy at this time. I have been using it twice daily and I can say that I have had zero irritation. The texture is velvety soft and spreads over the skin very nicely. One pump is all that is needed for the entire face. It is absorbed quickly and you can layer other products over it. One very nice feature is that it does not pill at all. so far....so good!

Started to notice results after a month
I am a fan of several SkinMedica products but I wasn't loving this one from the start. I do not like the way it smells and it felt a little heavy on my skin. But over time, I've adjusted how much I'm applying and now I am starting to notice some results. I haven't noticed so much with the fine lines but overall my skin looks healthier and I've received several compliments as to how good it looks - bright and dewy. I have been using this product for about 8 weeks and even though I have been out hiking daily in the mountains in the sun and elements, I have noticed an improvement in my overall skin tone. In addition, it appears that my adult acne breakouts have been less and the redness from my mild rosacea seems to be less as well. There are two negatives about this product: the price and the packaging. The discount provided at LovelySkin is helpful but the product is still overpriced. Second, due to the packaging there is no way to tell how much product is remaining in the bottle so an extra bottle is essential if you don't want to miss applying for a few days while waiting for another bottle to be delivered if you run out.

too early to tell...smell not good
I did a lot of research before buying this. A few things....I have been using the Obagi Nu-Derm products for years on the advice of my dermatologist. In the past few years she has added these "growth factor" products to the long list of skin products that she recommends but I never used one until now. Only been using it for a week and haven't noticed much change in my skin yet. However, the smell...which other reviewers warned of...is not good. I tend to get migraines easily so I'm concerned about adding this as part of my skincare regime. The other factor is the 2-chamber applicator...which is a bit of a nuisance but I could live with that if the smell were better. There is a competitive Neocutis product that I will try next.
