I love all the Skinmedica products. I have been using them for years based on aesthetician recommendation. I use this along with TNS Advance Serum, HA5 and AHA cleanser. I do switch up between retinol .25 and sometimes the .50. Goes on smooth and does not irritate.

Even and correct brightens your skin from first use. I have had a couple compliments. To make it last I just use it at night after Skin Health gentle cleanser. The dark spot cream is also effective, but will make your skin sensitive in the sun, so I will begin using it again in the fall. When I used it daily last winter it even faded large age spots on my hands. However, you must keep using the product or it all comes back.

Since I've been putting the serum on the back of my left hand, I could see the improvements over the right hand over two months. Imagine its' effects on my face :) … more
