I ordered this product from reviews I read. It claims to improve the APPEARANCE of fine lines and wrinkles. So far, I have seen a better appearance of my complexion, however, I have not been using the product that long to review it's long term affects. I have been using the Dermal Repair Cream from SkinMedica for months, and I absolutely love it's moisturization qualities and improvement there. I believe in the company and what it delivers. I started off with this .5 overnight for 6 months. I really noticed a difference in my texture and fine lines so I moved to the 1.0. Now I use the 1.0 most nights, but when I start flaking (usually in the summer) I go back down to this .5. Great to have both strengths on hand depending if I have been in the sun or not. Can't go wrong with skin medica!!
