Wonderful way to add protection for my skin. (In addition to using a high quality sunscreen). I have been taking this for over 2 years. My dermatologist recommended it. I am a sunscreen fanatic and will never be without it. I can't see effects of this supplement immediately upon using but I believe that it is helping me in combination with seeking shade and using my sunscreen religiously. Anything that can help protect your skin in the sun is worth it! I also have a bit of a sensitive stomach so I never know how I am going to react to things and this didn't do anything harmful to me. I took a break from taking this supplement as I have been as adventurous and outdoorsy lately but it will be important when I start taking some of my hikes and runs.

It's difficult to review a product that makes small changes over a long period of time. Plus, I don't have a control to know what my skin would have been like if I hadn't started taking HELIOCARE Advanced Antioxidant Supplement. Nevertheless, I'm happy to have an anti-oxidant back in my (growing) daily supplement routine. Four stars is somewhat random. Just because I didn't have a reaction doesn't mean it's 5 stars, and giving it 3 stars, an average rating, is always unduly harsh in a system where everyone expects 5 stars for everything all the time.

I have been using this skin protectant supplement for over a month now with no side effects. I am glad it is vegan with no extra ingredients and dermatologist recommended for extra antioxidant protection from the sun. I use this in addition to daily sunscreen. The two pack was a good value for me to share with a family member. I will be reordering it when I run out.
