In was searching for a good neck cream and Skinceuticals products never disappoint. I use their PTOX line and Fereulic C serum. I have used the neck cream for 2 weeks now and noticed a brighter firmer neck with less horizontal lines and also my decolte chest area super smooth and bright. No side effects thankfully.
