A great sunscreen
I alternate between the clear and the tinted product. The tinted is for days doing casual things with very little makeup needed. I use the clear as a moisturizer and sunscreen under my foundation. I've tried other sunscreens under my foundation and they are too heavy but Elta is perfect and blends very nicely. I keep both on hand and love them!!!!

A sunscreen that doesn't give me a rash
This is the first sunscreen I can put on my neck, chest and arms and not get a rash. I have tried numerous mineral and sensitive sunscreens and the result is always a rash. This blends in nicely and doesn't have that overpowering sunscreen smell. Thank you elta md

I LOVE this sunscreen! It's light and doesn't leave a greasy residue. Sinks right into my skin. I tend to have oily, combination acne prone mature skin and this works well. So, I purchased the Elta MD, SPF 46, which states a clear, transparent, zinc oxide finish, with the hopes that it was indeed clear and transparent. I applied it, and went outside to sit at the pool, and my daughter took one look at me and said I can’t believe you used a white sunscreen on your! I said no, it says clear, transparent, zinc, oxide finish, and she said no, you totally have a white cast on your face. I was so disappointed in this sunscreen, and said I will never be using it again. Don’t you have any sunscreens that don’t make you have a white cast on your face? This was absolutely awful!

Very disappointing
I have not been able to use this Elta MD Sunscreen product with the Epionce moisturizers I have been buying for years on this website. The sunscreen placed on top of the moisturizers creates white clumps all over my face – even if I wait several hours after applying the moisturizer. It was a waste of money and very disappointing.
