This sunscreen was highly recommended by my dermatologist years ago. I use the tinted instead of makeup and it provides good coverage and gives skin a dewy glow. It’s great at calming skin and evening out skin tone, if those are your goals. Looks very natural. I use the untinted on days when I’m chilling at home. Both are great products.

Gentle sunscreen
EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 Sunscreen is a great all around sunscreen that is gentle on the skin and does not irritate around the eye area like many sunscreens do. This product goes on smoothly and provides moisturizing sunscreen that lasts all day and does not flake or go on white. EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 Sunscreen comes in a tinted version as well, but I prefer the untinted version as it does not stain my shirt collars. The only draw back to this product is that it gets a little shiny towards the end of the day, but it washes off easily and your skin is left very soft so that is a minor flaw.

I love this sunscreen! It feels like silk going on, has niacinamide (an excellent ingredient for your skin), leaves no white-cast and is less expensive than many other sunscreens that don't work as well. My teenage son also uses this and it doesn't make his skin break out. The only time I don't use it is when I'll be running or swimming, since it isn't sweat or water resistant.
