LOVE this eye cream - Hydrating & reduced fine lines & crepey under eyes
I just turned 40 but I was born and raised in sunny San Diego. Like many I spent a ton of time basking in the sun and even worked at a tanning salon, so of course I tanned beds in my early 20s. Ouch - my poor skin! If I only knew what I know now about the effects of sun damage! My only saving grace has been that I invest in great skin care lines. Ive tried many different brands (many of the high-end brands) for all over my face/neck and of course my under eye. Neocutis Lumiere Eye Cream is by far my favorite eye cream! Ive been using it for about 7 months now and I have really noticed the improvement of my skin tone and texture under my eye. It is hydrating (feels so good going on) I use the RICHE version at night for that extra hydration (restorative) and this one for the day... great combo. My under eye fine lines appear to have been reduced and the texture is less crepey. Im hooked on this eye cream... no need to search for that perfect eye cream anymore - this is it!

This eye cream does what it says. It hydrates, smooths and brightens dark circles. It is very moisturizing without being too heavy. Im always looking for good products for dark circles and this one delivers. My dermatologist gave me a sample of the Lumiere eye cream. I tried it, it felt great on and I used the samples over the next week or so. I liked the changes it had made around my eyes, so I bought the full size product (from LovelySkin.com, they had a 20% off sale) and noticed in a short amount of time that my eyes looked younger to me, not as tired, and the lines around my eye didnt seem so obvious. When I finished my first bottle, I snapped off the silver top and there was at least two weeks worth of product still in the bottle! I used the stick part of a q-tip to get the cream out and just replaced the top after use so it wouldnt get dried out. I did that as well with the Bio-Cream. I am now on my second bottle of Luminere and can honestly say that this is the ONE skin care product that I will not go without.
