I’ve been using this product for almost a month and I feel as though it MAY be working on the fine lines around my eyes and lips but will continue to use in the morning and night for a while longer before deciding if I will continue to spend the money on this product. I haven’t seen the INCREDIBLE results that was promised in two weeks.

This stuff is ridiculously expensive BUT, as the saying goes, ya get what ya pay for! This is the very best product I have ever used and I am addicted. It makes skin brighter, smoother and hydrated. It seems to prevent breakouts for me as well. I will say, if you use one pump twice a day this only last 5-6 weeks so know your getting a small amount, but da-dayum is it the bomb!!

SkinMedica TNS Advanced Serum is my go to product. If I were on a desert island and could only take one product , this would be it. Although I love all SkinMedica products which compliment the TNS Advance Serum, this is my favorite. When I go to get a facial or visit the dermatologist here in San Diego, I always get compliments on my skin. I am 70 years old and they always tell me I look 58! Hopefully! I really do like this product. I only use it at night as it is quite expensive. I do think I see a difference in skin care and use it in place of different skin cares that I have at night. This covers it all. The only complaint is the dispenser. Remember to keep it upside down and use three fingers to dispense it. I can get two months out it if I am careful. You do not need much of the product. It covers well. I only gave it 4stars due to the dispenser.

I wanted to love this. I used to use the TNS essential serum, which worked great but it seems SkinMedica discontinued this. This serum caused serious pilling no matter how little or how much I used, no matter how long I waited between products (I even waited an hour once, still caused pilling when I applied my retin A later.) I will have to go to a different brand since I do love the growth factors in products.
