I like this serum but I can’t pinpoint why. It feels nice on my skin but to be honest for the price I’m not sure it’s worth it. If I don’t use the product I can’t tell a difference. Not sure I’ll buy again after the bottle is gone.

Expensive but can't go without it

I have been using the original formula of the serum for years. I was hesitant when I was informed that it was discontinued and needed to convert to the new advanced formula. After using the new TNS Advanced + Serum for a month now, I can confidently say that the “new” formula is truly better than my older tried and true formula. The Advanced + Serum is more effective at making my skin brighter and and more effective on my problem area. I absolutely love this product and will continue using it forever.

I really do like this product. I only use it at night as it is quite expensive. I do think I see a difference in skin care and use it in place of different skin cares that I have at night. This covers it all. The only complaint is the dispenser. Remember to keep it upside down and use three fingers to dispense it. I can get two months out it if I am careful. You do not need much of the product. It covers well. I only gave it 4stars due to the dispenser.

I wanted to love this. I used to use the TNS essential serum, which worked great but it seems SkinMedica discontinued this. This serum caused serious pilling no matter how little or how much I used, no matter how long I waited between products (I even waited an hour once, still caused pilling when I applied my retin A later.) I will have to go to a different brand since I do love the growth factors in products.
