This stuff is ridiculously expensive BUT, as the saying goes, ya get what ya pay for! This is the very best product I have ever used and I am addicted. It makes skin brighter, smoother and hydrated. It seems to prevent breakouts for me as well. I will say, if you use one pump twice a day this only last 5-6 weeks so know your getting a small amount, but da-dayum is it the bomb!!

SkinMedica TNS Advanced Serum is my go to product. If I were on a desert island and could only take one product , this would be it.
