Excellent serum!
I have been using this serum for about 5 years and love it. I have wonderful-looking skin at 70 years old. I now have my 33-year-old daughter using it twice a day also. I know it is expensive but cheaper than a facelift. You must use this serum (and any serum) consistently for about 3-4 weeks and you WILL see the difference. Using any product for a few days you will not see any difference but I promise you if you are loyal your skin will look better than it has in years. This is a must-buy product.

I’ve been using the original TNS off and on for the last few years. I decided to try the advanced version this time. After a month, I see a very slight improvement in dark spots. There’s an overall improvement in skin tone. Not sure if I would stick with the advanced version but there’s no smell with this one.

To be honest I’m not entirely sure what specifically this product does for me, but I do know that I really notice a difference when I don’t use it. My skin is more even and more radiant with regular use. I use it only at night as a serum on top of my retinol. I absolutely love it and it’s worth the price for a high quality serum if you can afford it.

Very Expensive but Worth the Price!
You don't need very much of this product for a full-face treatment. It doesn't cake up under sunscreen, foundation, or self-tanners. Everyone says my skin looks great, and I'm over 60, so it works. I use it twice a day, morning and night. It also doesn't smell weird like their nonadvanced version. SkinMedica is considered the Gold Standard for all of their product, as an aesthetician told me at my dermatologist's office.

Expensive. I'm not sure it's worth it.
I just purchased my first bottle of this. It lasted me only one month using it twice a day... which is not very good. I cannot afford to use it twice a day, so I will use it once per day and hope that will help my skin. After 4 weeks, I cannot say that I have had any outstanding noticeable results, perhaps it needs more time. I take very good care of my skin so who knows... maybe you have to have really bad skin in order to notice a greater difference. I can't say that fine lines have disappeared after 4 weeks. My skin appears overall a bit brighter perhaps, but there are many products that can do that for me at a lesser price. I waited a month to review this product so that I could give it a fair test. I will buy another time and will decide if it's worth it. That money can be put toward other treatments at my medical spa (like fillers that give instant results or RF microneedling treatments that build collagen). As for the serum itself, it goes on fairly smoothly with no odor.
