Great serum
I started using Tns advanced serum immediately after having a micro needling with man made plasma. It’s been 4 months now and my skin looks amazing, only problem is I’m not sure if it’s bc of procedure or serum. But I will continue using the advanced serum bc I feel it is all working together. I signed up for auto replenishment to save. My skin looks so good that I will not stop.

Great anti-aging serum
As a long time user of the TNS essential serum I was excited to try the advanced serum. It is a great anti aging serum but I prefer the original TNS serum because it seemed to layer better with the other skinmedica products I use. It is a great serum and kept my skin looking healthy and vibrant but I would experience some flaking/pilling when layering other products over this serum.

The product itself is very good. The pump can be troublesome at times. It requires you to intermittently prime it to get an even flow of product. This wastes some of the product. It doesn't happen with every bottle just some of them. The brand and product is excellent though.

I was using the old TNS for several years and like the new except for the color difference. The old TNS was red and tan so easy to make sure it cam out even. This doesn’t have the color variance so more difficult to tell if it is even. I tried going without it for a month or two and quickly saw the difference in my skin. LovelySkin always has the best sales and with rewards is more affordable since the product is expensive, but worth it!
