TNS Advanced Serum
I have been using the TNS Essential Serum for years. This was my first time with the TNS Advanced Serum. I like the improvements. Instead of the red gel on the one side, it is clear and the consistency is less thick. It blends nicely with the white cream side. It smooths out over the skin easily and allows for great coverage of the whole face, neck and decollate. This product is pricy, but I like to purchase it at LovelySkin when they have their best sales. I will continue to use it in my skin care routine.

So Far Pretty Good
I bought this when I was able to redeem my LovelySkin rewards, Brilliant Distinctions rewards and a coupon. Otherwise, it is overpriced. It is better than the old formula in that it does not pill like before. My skin seems to look better, in that my melasma patches appear less dark. I mostly purchased this for the firming effects, but I don't notice that benefit yet. I would only buy this if it is on sale. Also, I didn't realize that this item lasts about 4 weeks when used twice a day, so I was disappointed to have to re-order so soon.

I like this serum, the smell is fine, the skin feels tightened after I apply. I make sure my face is clean so it soaks in and it has to be the first ingredient to apply to your face!

Too Expensive for Me
While I liked using this product, it is too expensive for me. I probably got 40 pumps out of the container. I used one pump each morning and evening for 20 days. The container packaging is much larger than the amount of product it contains.

I have been using the TNS for about 3 months. I really can tell a difference in my skin texture. It is softer, smoother and the lines have softened. I love this new TNS Serum. I had great results from the previous formula but it caused me to severely break out, and I had to stop using it. I have been using this for a few weeks now and so far no breakouts. Plus it doesn’t smell nasty like the previous formula did. It has no odor. Very glad they reformulated.

I have to say I am always skeptical of claims that a skincare treatment can really live up to its claims and marketing hype. I am happy, however, to report that this new TNS is pretty amazing! I used just a small amount AM & PM and saw improvements to my skin by week 2 and having just finished the bottle (lasted me 6 weeks) the improvements to fine lines and wrinkles are visible! The only thing I don't really like is that the only way to open the bottle to get the last drops is to take a hammer and crack it open. (Thank you YouTube for showing how to do this, but honestly, it shouldn't be that hard.)

I have used this SkinMedica serum for about 3 years and I promise you it works. It is the real scientific skincare deal. I didn’t love the old formula’s smell or feel so I am so happy they came up with this new formula. I am 53. I was 49 when I started using it. My skin literally improved regarding fine lines and firmness. I love to experiment with different skincare but this serum is my staple. I won’t change it. This product made an impact on my skin. I noticed an improvement in the texture, smoothness and hydration. I like this product is multi-purpose, so it eliminates having to use so many other products. In the am I use SkinCeuticals C serum, TNS advanced serum and sunscreen. (Moisturizer in cold weather). The serum goes on smooth, not greasy and sinks into my skin. It did not cause issues with my sensitive skin or breakouts. I will definitely order again.
